Every time I eat here it never disappoints. Like a hug in cafe/brunch form. Always lovely service, amazing food and I always end up trying something I’ve never had before :)) The avo toast is the best thing for a filling meal. also the Paddington crumpets are to DIE for I wish I could go back and relive the moment I tried one for the first time.

Different and brave dishes, good food, fresh herbs and well used spices Perfectly combined ingredients are obviously cooked by exceptional chef. You can tell, but not only tell - you can also see and taste Jodie’s love for food. Friendly staff, good service - all very good. Coffee Cakes are really great, especially one with the coffee and walnuts and the best of all is the knowing that cakes are baked daily 08/07 - New addition to their menu is very nice spiral pasta with broccoli, chilli, garlic etc. Highly recommend 12/07 - Mexican style soup was delicious, very nice Delicioso está delicioso!!! 14/09 - What a great fish dish, simply beautiful yesterday and today For me personally, so far the best fish dish at MGB ever. Fish is so nice, crust well seasoned and crunchy - excellent. If I have to grade the fish dish 1:10, I would give it a 100 out of 10. SUPERB 14/02/25 - Haven’t been at MGB for a while just because they close their kitchen before I get home from work. Went today, and once again I knew that no one else at Plant4 can put such a brilliant and beautiful harmony of ingredients on a plate!!! And that goes not for Plant4 only but for the whole Adelaide and around, there is NO better! Jodie’s dishes not just looks good but are always fresh, different and most importantly her dishes taste great! Each component has the reason and its place on the plate, you can tell that Jodie has given a good thought before putting a dish together. I would say that Jodie is an artist!!! No one else displays so much care and love for food (ingredients) on the plate as Jodie does! Her dishes not only look good but taste even better, great! Bravo Jodie Avo toast is great, but really great!!! 08/06/25 - Love their tasty soups during winter, always great and full of flavour 26/06/25 - What can I say that I haven’t already said Another art craft coming from Jodie and the team. Bravo MGB!!! great delicious food, excellent service and good reasonable prices! The latest addition THE CARAMELISED ONION FRENCH SOUP served with melted Gruyère cheese on top of the best bread in Adelaide is out of this world!!! I can only add - BRAVO 03/07/25 - Rhia So, you are not just a cute face most of the time hidden in MGB kitchen, you are also a very good cook - very very good! Your soup is great, nothing to add, nothing to take out - just delicious

Great cafe situated inside the Bowden plant 4 building. The cafe is situated inside the building amongst other retailer shops, cafes and food stalls. Staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive. The food was delicious and they catered to dietary requirements. Delicious brekkie burger in a brioche bun, the relish was divine. Milk alternatives, flexible with your meal requirements and lots of smoothies and juices on offer, in addition to coffees and teas. Delicious food and we loved the bustling atmosphere. If you’re visiting on the weekend prepare for crowds and the noise to increase. The specials they offer alternate often and look delicious! Enjoyed our visit and will come again. @kirbystaltari

What a great start to our morning! Delicious toasties paired with a warming mug of batch brew, with fast service by lovely people. Overall a fantastic experience, will be coming back! :)
